New Lantern Capital

New Lantern Capital, LLC is an asset management firm based in Saratoga Springs, NY primarily serving as the General Partner for privately offered funds.

Our sister company, New Lantern Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisor also based in Saratoga Springs, NY. New Lantern Advisors is the investment manager for the privately offered funds that are sponsored by New Lantern Capital and also manages separate accounts for a select group of legacy wealth management clients.

Both firms were founded by Michael Allison, a three decade investment professional who retired from a nearly 22 year career at Eaton Vance Management in Boston at the end of 2021.

Prior to his retirement from Eaton Vance, Mike was a key member of a team that built a $15bn equity option income franchise with 50% market share, as well as the industry leading $40bn exchange fund franchise, serving as an equity portfolio manager and Director of Equity Strategy Implementation.

New Lantern Advisors and New Lantern Capital were founded in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

In addition to his role as Founder of both New Lantern Advisors and New Lantern Capital, Mike also serves as Investment Strategist for alternative investments offered by Cache Financials Inc.
